The authors identified three of the three putative phosphoprotein-binding proteins in the M. tuberculosis genome using Mycobacterium-specific monoclonal antibody (McAb) specific for culture filtrate antigen produced by H-2-b haplotypes infected with mycobacteria gene. To determine the potential vaccine characteristics of these phospho-binding proteins, the authors will encode Mycobacterium tuberculosis PstS-1, PstS-2 or PstS-3 eggs
