逆反心理具有一定的危害，不仅会对青少年的学习生活等造成消极影响，而且可能会导致过激行为的发生，甚至危及家庭、学校及社会。青少年逆反心理产生的因素有内部、外部两方面，内部因素主要是学生表现欲强、好奇心强烈、独立意识增强等，外部因素主要是由于家庭、学校的不当行为造成的。针对原因，矫正青少年逆反心理的对策主要有：学校要更新教育观念、优化教育手段；教师要提高自身素养；家长应营造民主互信的家庭氛围。","Reverse psychology has certain harm ,which can not only lead to a negative impact on both leaing and living,but also result in aggressive behavior ,or even endanger the family ,school and society .Reverse psychology of teenagers has the inteal and exteal factors ,the inteal factors are strong performance ,curiosity and individual awareness of students ,and the exteal factors were mainly caused by the misconduct of family and school .For this reason,the correction of teenager reverse psychology mainly includes the following:the schools should renew their educational idea ,optimize their educational means;Teachers should improve their quality;Parents should create a democratic family atmosphere .
