全身照射时要求照射剂量均匀,如果全身照射剂量分布不均匀,会造成病灶复发或增大对正常组织不应有的损伤.在SATURNE 42直线加速器用6MV X线开展全身照射的剂量分布情况研究,加上补偿器后水中 测量均匀度为±2.3%,剂量率用调节加速器增益方式实现0.045Gy/min的要求.在仿真人体模上,用热释光元件所测量的均匀度在±5%以内(极大点头顶点、肩顶点无散射吸收除外),这样的结果完全能满足临床全身照射(TBI)的剂量要求.
