低分子右旋糖酐注射液是临床上应用颇多的一种输液,偶可引起严重过敏反应(如过敏性休克、支气管痉挛、心脏停搏、呼吸停止等)。本文报告低分子右旋糖酐引起过敏性休克致死一例。患者张某,男性,60岁,于1983年1月19日因呕吐咖啡色液,大便呈黑色而入院。2月12日手术。术中发现胃部有4×8cm大小肿瘤,与周围组织粘连,未能切除。病理报告为“胃平滑肌肉瘤”。1983年3月17日转院治疗。当时

This article reports a case of low molecular weight dextran caused by anaphylactic shock. Patient Zhang, male, 60 years old, was admitted to hospital on January 19, 1983 due to vomiting of brown liquid with stools black. February 12 surgery.
