It is currently believed that the presence of lymphocytes in the parenchymal glioma parenchyma is a manifestation of the immune response of the host to the tumor and is a good prognosis. LDA is used to quantitatively analyze infiltrating lymphocytes in rat gliomas ( TIL) glioma-responsive cytolytic T lymphocytes (CTL) and their specificity and phenotype were identified. 6-week-old male Fisher rats were used with F98 or D74 glial cells, respectively The tumor cells were immunized. The number of TIL was measured by H~3-TdR, and the level of cytolytic action was determined by ~(51)Cr release assay. The isolation and culture experiments proved that the LDA microculture had antigen specificity.
