主送机关:太原市府、各专署、县府、工矿区、运城镇人民政府、各专区粮食局、各县分粮库为在深入抗美按朝与贯彻爱国公约的基础上,开展工作竞赛,交流工作经验,提高技术,奖励创造,进一步做好公粮保管收支供调工作起见,特根据山西省人民政府一九五○年四月二十六日粮秘字第三号令颁发之「粮库干部工作守则」之奖励条款,结合当前工作发展情况,决定评选全省公粮仓库粮食模范工作者,其评选办法如下:一、评选模范条件:甲、个人模范条件:凡政治上进步,积极学习,具有下列条件之一者,得当选为模范。1.工作表现一贯积极负责,吃苦耐劳,以身作则,团结带领大家提前或按期完成任务,具有克服困难精神者。2。对保管工作能细心钻研,在技术上有所创造发明,有显著成绩者。3.认真爱护公共财产,精打细算,因而节省民力或财力有显著成绩者。4.在调运工作计划,组织周密,检查及时,能想办法克服困难作好工作,因而避免或减少损失,并获得群众拥护者。
