企业医疗机构往往担负着职工医疗、预防、保健和医药费使用管理工作。如何平衡两者关系——既能保障职工健康水平,又能控制医药费的使用,减轻企业负担,一直是企业卫生工作负责人感到矛盾和思考解决的问题。我厂自2000年探索大力推广健康教育,普及卫生知识,经过四年来的实践,达到了双赢的目的。从成本效益来说,健康教育是投入最少、效益最好的。
Enterprise medical institutions often bear the workers medical, prevention, health care and medical expenses management. How to balance the relationship between the two - both to protect the health of workers, but also to control the use of medical expenses and reduce the burden on enterprises, corporate health leaders have been contradicting and thinking to solve the problem. Since 2000, our factory has explored to vigorously promote health education and popularize health knowledge. After four years of practice, we have reached a win-win goal. In terms of cost-effectiveness, health education is the least cost-effective and the most effective.
