探讨玻璃离子窝沟封闭预防学龄前儿童第二乳磨牙龋齿的临床疗效。【方法】选择2017年7 ~10月在本院行口腔健康检查的学龄前儿童120例,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,每组240颗第二乳磨牙。观察组采用玻璃离子窝沟封闭治疗,对照组采用光固化窝沟封闭治疗。比较两组治疗后窝沟封闭剂保留率及龋齿发病率。【结果】术后6个月,两组窝沟封闭剂保留率、龋齿发病率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12个月、术后18个月,观察组窝沟封闭剂保留率显著高于对照组,龋齿发病率显著低于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P0.05), while the retention rate of pit and fissure sealants in the observation group at 12 months and 18 months after operation was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), while the incidence of dental caries in the observation group at 12 months and 18 months after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Glass ion fossa and sulcus closure is an effective technique for pit and fissure sealing of deciduous teeth in preschool children, which can effectively improve the retention rate of pit and fissure sealing materials and reduce the incidence of dental caries in preschool children after operation.
