本文应用3小时短期细胞毒试验,对43例不同病理类型,不同临床分期的原发性肺癌患者(其中免疫核糖核酸治疗者10例),测定他们对7402人体肝癌细胞株的细胞毒活性,同时测定活性花结,淋巴细胞转化,并与19例正常人作对照,结果不同临床分期的细胞毒,活性花结,淋转三项指标无差异。肺癌组与正常组相比,细胞毒与活性花结也无明显差异。病理类型不同(鳞癌和腺癌)而临床分离相同者,细胞毒活性相似。10例免疫治疗的患者作动态观察,
In this paper, 43 cases of primary lung cancer with different pathological types and different clinical stages (including 10 cases of immunosuppressive agents) were assayed by 3-hour short-term cytotoxicity assay, and their cytotoxic activities on 7402 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines were determined.
