一、“七五”期间邮政通信工作情况回顾(一)邮政业务继续发展,新、轻型业务迅速增长。几年来,我们在确保各项业务发展的同时,逐步向重点发展新、轻型业务转变,各项业务迅速发展,特别是新、轻型业务迅速增长。1990年邮政业务总量已达到21.98亿元,比1985年增长117%,年均增长率为16.7%;函件达到59.89亿件,比1985年增长123%;

In 1990, the total volume of postal services reached 2.198 billion yuan, an increase of 117% over 1985 and an average annual growth rate of 16.7%. The number of letters and telegrams reached 5.989 billion, an increase of 123% over 1985.
