本文对10例健康成人进行了癫健安栓药物动力学研究,并应用该药治疗55例不同类型的癫痫。单次直肠给药400 mg,血药浓度达峰时间和半衰期分别平均为6.13±1.92小时和15.98±1.84小时。治疗总有效率达82％,有效血药浓度46～89μg/ml。根据计算,常用剂量以15～35mg/kg·d分早晚两次用药为宜。该剂型具有吸收规则、作用时间长、上消化道反应轻等优点,特别适合于婴幼儿、癫痫持续状态和伴有消化道疾病的患者。
In this paper, 10 cases of healthy adults epileptic bolt pharmacokinetic study, and the application of the drug treatment of 55 different types of epilepsy. According to calculation, the commonly used dose to 15 ~ 35mg / kg · d sub-morning and evening medication is appropriate. The dosage form has the advantages of absorption rule, long acting time and light upper gastrointestinal reaction, and is particularly suitable for infants and young children, status epilepticus and patients with digestive diseases.
