测定矿石和炉渣中高含量的磷,通常采用容量法,该法分析手续繁琐,周期长。 铋磷钼兰分光光度法,测定磷按部颁标准规定上限为0.5%,干扰元素含铌量不能超过0.36%。我们采用差示比色法测定上限可达到12%,尤其是含铌炉渣,五氧化二铌达到7%不干扰测定。该法方法稳定,误差小,操作简单,分析时间短,克服了容量法的许多缺点。
Determination of ore and slag in the high content of phosphorus, usually using the capacity method, the method of tedious procedures, long cycle. The method is stable, the error is small, the operation is simple, the analysis time is short, overcomes many shortcomings of the volumetric method.
