王旭(1969~2013年)甘肃会宁人,1 987年全国高考新疆文科状元,就读北京大学国际政治系并先后获得政治学学士和硕士学位,期间曾任北大研究生会主席。1992年5月加入中国共产党。1994年获美国普林斯顿大学全额奖学金攻读政治学博士。2000年获得博士学位后,回国进入国务院发展研究中心从事社会发展研究工作,曾担任中国发展基金会副秘书长,并主持负责了清华大学一哈佛大学联合举办的“中国公共管理高级培训班”。2006年挂职任山东省济南市政府副秘书长,负责外经贸工作。2007年出任山东省政府副秘书长,曾担任省政府新闻发言人。2013年1月9日因病去世,终年43岁。
Wang Xun (1969 ~ 2013) Huining, Gansu Province, National Liberal Arts Entrance Exam in Xinjiang in 1987, studied in Peking University’s Department of International Politics and received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in political science. During his time, he was the chairman of Peking University Graduate Students’ Association. May 1992 joined the Chinese Communist Party. In 1994 by the United States Princeton full scholarship Ph.D. After getting a doctorate in 2000, he returned to China to enter the State Council Development Research Center engaged in social development research work, served as Deputy Secretary-General of China Development Foundation, and presided over the Tsinghua University is a Harvard University co-sponsored “Advanced Public Training in China ”. In 2006 he served as Deputy Secretary-General of Jinan City, Shandong Province, responsible for foreign trade and economic cooperation. 2007 Deputy Secretary-General of Shandong Provincial Government, served as spokesman for the provincial government. January 9, 2013 died of illness, at the age of 43.
