自1996年至今,中国粗钢产量连续10年稳居世界第一,特别是2005年粗钢产量突破3亿吨大关,全年生产粗钢3.52亿吨,占全球粗钢总量的31.1%,可以说近几年来中国钢铁业成绩斐然。面对中国钢铁工业的快速发展,加之全球性竞争加剧、能源紧张等一系列问题凸现,如何保持我国钢铁工业平稳发展已备受业内人士关注。笔者认为,就中国钢铁行业的整体长远利益而言,中国钢铁业要持续健康发展就必须适度控制投资规模,提高产业集中度,提高核心技术和产品。
Since 1996, China’s crude steel output has ranked first in the world for 10 consecutive years. In particular, its crude steel output exceeded 300 million tons in 2005, producing 352 million tons of crude steel for the whole year, accounting for 31.1% of the world’s total crude steel output. It can be said that the Chinese steel industry has scored remarkable achievements in recent years. Faced with the rapid development of China’s steel industry, combined with the intensified global competition and energy shortage, a series of issues have emerged. How to maintain the steady development of China’s steel industry has attracted the attention of the industry. In my opinion, for the overall long-term interests of China’s steel industry as a whole, China’s steel industry needs to moderately control its investment scale, enhance its industrial concentration and improve its core technologies and products in order to sustain its healthy development.
