作者观察脉冲Nd:YAG激光与2%NaF联合应用的防龋作用,实验分为激光照射组,单纯加氟组,激光加氟组和空白对照组。结果表明:单纯激光照射、单纯氟处理,激光加氟组均能显著降低人工龋病损体部(P<0.05)。激光加氟组与单纯激光组、单纯氟处理组之间人工龋病损体部也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。激光加氟组的病损表层厚于单纯加氟组和对照组(P<0.05)。
The authors observed the anti-caries effects of pulsed Nd: YAG laser in combination with 2% NaF. The experiment was divided into laser irradiation group, fluoride-only group, laser plus fluoride group and blank control group. The results showed that laser irradiation, fluoride treatment alone and laser plus fluoride treatment significantly reduced the body parts of artificial dental caries (P <0.05). There was also a significant difference in body parts of artificial dental caries between laser fluoride group and pure laser group and pure fluoride group (P <0.05). The thickness of the lesion surface in laser plus fluoride group was thicker than that in fluoride alone group and control group (P <0.05).
