目的:提高火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所空气中铅的灵敏度。方法:选择铅的测试波长217.0 nm和氘灯背景校正。结果:线性范围为0~5μg/ml,检出限0.09μg/ml,该方法回收率93.7%~102.8%,用标准物质滤膜(Zk101-2)对该法验证,验证结果与推荐值一致,相对标准偏差(n=9)为2.34%。结论:在测试波长217.0 nm测定结果准确、可靠,并可提高火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所空气中铅的灵敏度。
Objective: To improve the flame atomic absorption spectrometry in the workplace to determine the sensitivity of lead in the air. Method: Select lead test wavelength 217.0 nm and deuterium lamp background correction. Results: The linear range was 0 ~ 5μg / ml, the detection limit was 0.09μg / ml. The recovery rate was 93.7% ~ 102.8%. The method was validated by the standard material filter (Zk101-2) , And the relative standard deviation (n = 9) was 2.34%. Conclusion: The measurement at 217.0 nm is accurate and reliable, and the sensitivity of flame atomic absorption spectrometry to the determination of lead in the workplace air can be improved.
