本文列举了各种认识，认为信息管理学的研究对象是信息交流管理活动，信息交流管理活动是一种整体的实践活动，有其内在规定性，有其内在活动机制，是一个整体概念。对信息交流管理活动的整体和各部分的研究，构成信息管理学的研究对象领域。
This article lists all kinds of cognition and holds that the object of information management research is information exchange management activities. Information exchange management activities are a kind of overall practice activities. They have their inherent stipulations and their intrinsic activity mechanism, and they are an overall concept. The study of the whole and each part of information exchange management activities constitutes the research area of information management.
