由于学校教育教学质量一直名列全市同类学校榜首,造成学校班额多达七十人。由于班额太大,教师难以做到因材施教,实验教学难以正常开展,给教学管理带来了极大的困难。作为一名初中物理教师,应根据新课标的要求,认真做好教学设计,在教学中探索分层教学,认真设计课外作业,关注每一位学生的发展,尽量做到因材施教,更好地完成物理学科的教学任务。
