今天,我就如何正确认识和解决党支部实际工作中的几个问题,分三个部分与支部书记们作个交流。第一部分是认识问题,实际上说的是感情问题,对党有深入了解就会深有感情,就会热爱党支部书记工作。第二部分是方法问题,就是深刻认识党支部的本质特征,掌握基本的工作方法。第三部分是实践问题,就是把感情、方法和以身作则结合起来,提高工作热情,有效开展工作。
Today, on how to correctly understand and solve some problems in the actual work of the Party branch, I have made exchanges with the branch secretaries in three parts. The first part is to recognize the problem. In fact, it is an emotional issue. If you have a deep understanding of the party, you will have deep feelings and you will love the party branch secretary. The second part is about methodological issues, that is, we should profoundly understand the essential characteristics of the party branch and master the basic working methods.
