目前,国外大多采用金属锚杆、木质膨体锚杆、木质锚杆及塑脂锚杆,但却回收困难,耗材利害。我们搞了名为《橡胶气塞锚杆》,经多次模拟经验,初步获得成功。所谓《橡胶气塞锚杆》,就是将橡胶锚杆插入1.6米深的孔内,然后充入高压气体,使橡胶膨胀与孔壁紧密贴合,使锚杆外端大垫片锚住道壁,达到支撑的目的。排气后又可取出再用,易于回收。设计的锚杆拉力为2吨/根。经过六个方案的设计和入轮模拟试验,每根拉力达三吨以上,现已投入为期半年的工业试验。
