高液限粘土作为高速公路路基填料,其强度和稳定性往往不能满足工程要求。文章在分析石灰土强度增长机理的基础上,对不同石灰剂量、不同初始状态且在不同龄期、不同养护条件下的石灰改良土试样进行了大量的三轴试验,并结合现场石灰稳定土的无侧限抗压强度试验,从强度特性方面探讨了石灰改善高液限粘土的稳定性能。试验结果表明,在高液限粘土中加入3%~5%石灰改良后,可满足道路路基填料力学性能和稳定性控制要求。
High liquid limit clay, as the subgrade filler of expressway, its strength and stability often can not meet the engineering requirements. Based on the analysis of the growth mechanism of lime soil strength, a great deal of triaxial tests have been carried out on lime soil samples with different lime dosage, different initial conditions, and different curing conditions, and combined with on-site lime stabilized soil Unconfined compressive strength test, the stability of lime-improved high liquid limit clays is discussed from the aspects of strength characteristics. The test results show that the mechanical properties and stability control requirements of road subgrade filler can be satisfied after the improvement of 3% -5% lime in high liquid limit clay.
