吉林市文化局于三月三日至五日在吉林市召开了全地区八二年戏剧创作工作会议。除该地区所有专业戏剧编剧参加外,各县、区文化局长,剧团团长及市直属剧团团长也都应邀到会。会议期间传达了中共中央国务院的有关文件;学习并讨论了胡耀邦、习仲勋、胡乔木等中央领导同志的讲话。通过学习讨论使同志们进一步端正了创作思想,明确了创作方向。三月四日,市委宣传部长鞠山林同志到会做了重要报告。报告分析了八一年和当前全地区戏剧创作情况;并就八二年如何把戏剧创作更加提高一步
