贵阳市人民政府令第34号《贵阳市城乡个人建房规划管理办法》已经2015年7月30日市人民政府常务会议通过,现予公布,自2015年10月1日起施行。市长刘文新2015年8月13日第一章总则第一条为加强城乡个人建房规划管理,规范城乡个人住宅建设,保障城乡规划的实施,依据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》等法律、法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条在本市城乡规划区范围内,城乡个人新建、改建、扩建和翻建住房等建设活动,应当遵守本办法。
