温政发〔2013〕42号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:《温州市城市绿线管理办法》已经市人民政府第19次常务会议审议通过,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。温州市城市绿线管理办法第一条为加强城市绿线管理,改善城市生态环境,创造良好人居环境,促进城市可持续发展,根据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》、《城市绿化条例》、《城市绿线管理办法》、《浙江省城市绿化管理办法》等法律、法规和规章,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于温州城市规划区内
