目的掌握福州市居民食用碘盐情况及碘营养状况,评价防治措施落实情况及效果。方法按照《2011年福建省地方病防治项目管理方案》开展碘盐和尿碘的监测。结果福州市各县的合格碘盐食用率和碘盐覆盖率均在90%以上,尿碘中位数135.43～232.06μg/L。结论福州市居民碘营养处于适宜水平,碘缺乏病防治成果巩固。
Objective To understand the status of iodized salt and iodine nutrition status of residents in Fuzhou and evaluate the implementation and effect of prevention and control measures. Methods The monitoring of iodized salt and urinary iodine was carried out in accordance with the “Management Plan for Endemic Diseases in Fujian Province in 2011”. Results The qualified iodized salt and iodized salt coverage of all counties in Fuzhou were above 90% and the median of urinary iodine was 135.43 ~ 232.06μg / L. Conclusion The iodine nutrition of Fuzhou residents is at an appropriate level and the prevention and cure of iodine deficiency disorders is consolidated.
