目的探讨剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的保守治疗方法。方法剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠16例分为2组,分别采用MTX全身静脉治疗、超声引导下瘢痕妊娠妊囊内局部注射MTX治疗二种方法。结果二组保守治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。平均出血量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血β-hCG降至正常天数经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下瘢痕妊娠妊囊内局部注射MTX术为剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的一种保守治疗的好方法。
Objective To investigate the conservative treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods 16 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy were divided into two groups, respectively, by MTX systemic vein therapy, ultrasound guided pregnant pregnancy intravesical injection of MTX two methods. Results The conservative cure rate of the two groups was statistically significant difference (P <0.05). The average amount of bleeding was significantly different (P <0.01). The blood β-hCG decreased to normal days after the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Ultrasound-guided local injection of MTX in gestational sacs of cesarean pregnancy is a good method for conservative treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.
