目的探讨钼靶X线与MRI联合使用对乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值,以提高乳腺肿瘤的检出率。方法回顾性分析56例经手术病理证实的乳腺肿瘤钼靶X线及MRI表现。结果本组中恶性病变30例,良性病变26例,钼靶X线诊断准确率为78.57%,MRI诊断准确率为85.71%;综合二者影像学检查的诊断准确率为92.86%,明显优于单一钼靶X线摄影或MRI检查。结论钼靶X线摄影与MRI检查相结合能显著提高乳腺肿瘤的检出率和诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of mammography combined with MRI in the diagnosis of breast tumors to improve the detection rate of breast tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis of 56 cases of mammography and MRI findings of breast tumor confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results The group of malignant lesions in 30 cases, 26 cases of benign lesions, mammography X-ray diagnostic accuracy was 78.57%, MRI diagnostic accuracy was 85.71%; the two diagnostic imaging diagnostic accuracy was 92.86%, significantly better than Single mammography or MRI. Conclusion Molybdenum target radiography combined with MRI can significantly improve the detection rate of breast cancer and diagnostic accuracy.
