建湖县钟庄乡在认真调查、分析幼教管理的情况后,对全乡幼儿教育的管理进行了改革,并初步收到良好效果。乡文教建立了幼教领导小组,实行妇联牵头、乡村主办、文教专抓、校长管理、幼师负责的制度,把幼儿园(班)列为学校的一个班级,使之和学校管理改革同步前进。现在上下管理一条线,级级有人抓,层层有人管。改变了过去学校怕管、个别幼师难管,名义上是队办校管,实际上是无人管的现象。幼师实行招聘制。对全乡42名幼师进行全面考核,逐一鉴定,择优录用。落聘的予以辞退,所有缺额向社会招聘,择优补充。现在全乡幼师平均年龄由原来的27岁下降到25岁,幼师达高中文化水平的由原来的70%,上升到80%。通过短训,全乡幼师的素质有了较大的提高。幼师工资实行统筹浮动制。由乡按月发给基本
