针对火电厂燃煤锅炉直吹式制粉系统中速磨煤机进口一次风量测量偏差大这一问题,采用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件对一次风管内流场进行了数值模拟。将计算流量与实际运行中测定流量进行了比较,发现一次风管在“八”字形调风挡板开度较小时会产生扁平射流随机附壁现象,这使下游流场具有不确定性且分层严重,随意布置的风量测点无法合理反映实际流量,建议基于CFD数值计算结果来合理选择风量测点位置的方法。
Aiming at the large measurement error of primary air volume at the inlet of medium speed pulverizer in coal pulverized coal fired boilers, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software was used to simulate the flow field in the primary air duct. Comparing the calculated flow rate with the measured flow rate in the actual operation, it is found that the primary air duct will produce the random phenomenon of flat jet when there is a small opening of the “eight” zigzag air damper, which makes the downstream flow field have uncertainties And the stratification is serious. The air flow measuring point randomly arranged can not reasonably reflect the actual flow rate. It is suggested that the method of selecting the air flow measuring point reasonably based on the CFD numerical calculation result is proposed.
