为了研究鼻过敏反应对中耳渗液清除的影响,作者用含有IgE抗体的同种动物血清对豚鼠同时进行被动致敏及单侧中耳腔内接种免疫复合物,产生具有鼻腔过敏和分泌性中耳炎的动物模型。中耳渗液一般于接种免疫复合物后 2~3天出现,7~9天内消失。被致敏的豚鼠分为3组,A组接种后第3天进行鼻腔抗原激发,每日3次,直至动物被杀死。B组为对照组,未行鼻腔抗原激发。C组处理同A组,但10天后对豚鼠再次被动致敏,以延长其致敏状态。鼻腔抗原激发后,A、C两组豚鼠均出现
