电刷镀是我国“六五”及“七五”期间重点推广科技成果。在各行各业中日趋广泛的应用,然而在模具工业中却涉及范围极小。陶瓷系统企业多属轻工部下属单位,机械加工力量比较薄弱,因此,长期以来企业一直沿用最初设计的原始模具,从设计到工艺都已不能适应生产需要。由于大批陶瓷企业引进国外冲压成型流水生产线,故此,模具改进矛盾更为突出。
