本文沦述了广州铜材厂的液压轧机的厚度控制系统的改造过程,在原有的控制系统中增加了具有监控功能的微机厚控系统。投产后,成品带材厚度公差值<±0.005mm。
This article describes the transformation process of the thickness control system of the hydraulic mill in Guangzhou Copper Factory, and adds the microcomputer control system with the monitoring function to the original control system. After put into production, the finished strip thickness tolerance value is less than ± 0.005mm.
