尿毒症肺是尿毒症常见的脏器损害之一,文献报告其发生率可达50～80%。我院1980年1月至1988年12月收治慢性尿毒症病人210例中,符合尿毒症肺者36例。本文就其临床资料分析讨论如下。
Uremia is one of the common organ damage of uremia, the literature reports the incidence of up to 50 to 80%.
