目的:观察糖肾康煎剂治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效,为治疗糖尿病肾病寻找最佳途径。方法:将60例DN患者随机分为两组,对照组予以口服西药常规处理,治疗组在此基础上加糖肾康煎剂治疗,疗程均为3月,观察中医症候积分,血压、24h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白(ALB)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂(TC、TG)、肾功能(S-Cr、S-Bun)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)的变化。结果:各组治疗后血压、Ccr、Scr、BUN差异无统计学意义;治疗组显著改善中医症候积分,显著降低24h尿蛋白定量、HbA1c、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)(P<0.05),显著提高ALB(P<0.05)。结论:糖肾康煎剂联合常规西药治疗DN疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Tangshen Kang decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN) and to find the best way to treat diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Sixty patients with DN were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with western medicine routinely. The treatment group was treated with Tangshenkang decoction on the basis of the above treatment. The course of treatment was March. The TCM symptom score, blood pressure, 24h urinary protein (ALB), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), blood lipid (TC, TG), renal function (S-Cr, S-Bun) and endogenous creatinine clearance (Ccr) Results: There were no significant differences in blood pressure, Ccr, Scr and BUN between the two groups after treatment. The treatment group significantly improved TCM symptom score, significantly reduced 24 h urinary protein, HbA1c, cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) 0.05), significantly increased ALB (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tangshen Kang decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment of DN significant effect, it is worth promoting.
