人才资源在经济社会发展中有重大作用。长吉图地区人才资源方面存在问题主要为:人才层次结构性矛盾突出影响经济发展的效率,人才流动率较高转化为现实生产力进程缓慢,人才队伍建设乏力经济增长后劲不足。解决这些问题,运用人才资源促进长吉图地区的经济发展,需要构筑长吉图地区人才高地,解决人才结构性矛盾问题,需要建设人才宏观调控和服务体系,消除人才兴业的体制性障碍,需要培育和发展人才市场鼓励人才合理流动。
Talent resources play an important role in economic and social development. The problems in human resources in Changjitu region are mainly as follows: the structural contradictions in talent hierarchy have a prominent impact on the efficiency of economic development; the transition from higher talented people to productive forces in the real world is sluggish; the weakening of the talent pool lags behind the growth of economic growth. To solve these problems and to use human resources to promote the economic development in the Changchitu area, we need to build a talent highland in the Changjitu region and solve the structural contradictions among qualified personnel.
