沥青混凝土路面最终状况的主要影响因素是原底层的初始表面状况、摊铺作业质量以及压实技术等。多数摊铺机配备有整平控制装置[1],以控制混合料的进料和铺层的整平等。一些静液压传动的机型能进行与物料输送速度相结合或不相结合的对摊铺速度的反馈控制。整平控制实质上是减少原基层不平对新铺层平整度的影响,即降低原不平整度仿入新铺层的程度。但它对消除由于给料不均所造成的铺层不平的能力极低。为了简化讨论,本文假设供料及摊铺速度为不变。
The main factors affecting the final condition of the asphalt concrete pavement are the initial surface condition of the original ground floor, the quality of paving operations, and compaction technology. Most paver machines are equipped with leveling control devices [1] to control the feeding of the mix and the equality of the plies. Some hydrostatic transmission models can perform feedback control of the paving speed in conjunction with or without a combination of material conveying speeds. Leveling control is essentially reducing the impact of the original grass-roots level on the flatness of the new storey, that is, reducing the degree of original unevenness into the new storey. However, it has a very low ability to eliminate unevenness caused by uneven feeding. To simplify the discussion, this article assumes that the feeding and paving speeds are constant.
