本文采用江苏省13个地级市4715家企业调查数据,综合考察了金融环境、政府环境、行业环境对企业创新的影响,并进一步探讨了企业创新环境影响创新水平的非平衡效应。结果表明:融资可得、融资优惠、政府效率或服务水平、行业环境对企业创新起到显著的推动作用。但这种影响是非平衡的,不同环境因素对企业创新水平影响的大小程度依次排序为:行业环境、融资可得、政府效率或服务水平、融资优惠。本文结论对如何提高企业创新水平、推进供给侧结构性改革提供了有益思考。
Based on the survey data of 4715 enterprises in 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province, this paper examines the impact of financial environment, government environment and industry environment on business innovation and further explores the non-equilibrium effect of innovation impact on innovation environment. The results show that: financing available, financing preferences, government efficiency or service level, the industry environment for business innovation played a significant role in promoting. However, this kind of influence is unbalanced. The order of influence of different environmental factors on the innovation level of enterprises is as follows: industry environment, financing available, government efficiency or service level, financing preference. The conclusion of this paper provides some beneficial thoughts on how to improve the innovation level of enterprises and promote the supply-side structural reforms.
