在850、900、950℃,应变速率0.1、1、10 s~(-1)以及真应变0.8和1.0的条件下采用Gleeble-3500对BFe10-1-1铜合金进行热压缩试验。结果表明,在成形过程中有不同程度的动态再结晶发生。在其他成形条件相同条件下,温度为850℃时最有利于动态再结晶的发生;应变速率为1 s~(-1)时,动态再结晶发生的体积数最多,晶粒最细小;低应变速率时,增加变形量有利于动态再结晶;高应变速率时,增加变形量对动态再结晶影响不大。
The thermal compression tests of BFe10-1-1 copper alloy were carried out with Gleeble-3500 under the conditions of 850,900,950 ℃, strain rate 0.1,1,10 s ~ (-1) and true strain 0.8 and 1.0. The results show that there are different degrees of dynamic recrystallization in the forming process. Under the same conditions of other forming conditions, the dynamic recrystallization is most favorable at the temperature of 850 ℃. When the strain rate is 1 s ~ (-1), the dynamic recrystallization takes the largest volume and the finest grain. The low strain When the rate is increased, the amount of deformation is conducive to dynamic recrystallization. When the rate of deformation is high, the amount of deformation increases little in dynamic recrystallization.
