结合多年的英语教学经历,不得不断地思索,怎么才能使学生上课有收获,课后有累积。很多时候教师准备了很多觉得应该让学生掌握的知识点,然后按着自己想好的思路,把知识灌输给学生。可是经过一段时间考查学生的掌握情况时却发现,他们学会的知识少得让你瞠目。这说明不是老师懂得越多,灌输得越多,就越能教好学生,老师自己掌握的知识多只能是教好学生的必要前提。就像盖房子不是材料多了就能盖好房子。教师是知识传播的设计师,首先要把材料备足,然后要精心设好计每一个环节。精炼、易懂、易消化是使学生每课有得的关键。
Combining many years of English teaching experience, we must not constantly think about how we can make students gain lessons and accumulate after class. Many times teachers prepare a lot of knowledge that students should master, and then instill knowledge into students according to their own ideas. However, after a period of time to examine the student’s mastery, they discovered that the knowledge they learned was too low for your attention. This shows that the more teachers do not know more, the more they instill in them, the more they can teach students well. The knowledge that teachers can master is more than a prerequisite for teaching students. Just like building a house is not enough material to build a house. Teachers are the designers of knowledge dissemination. First of all, we must prepare materials and then carefully design each link. Refining, easy to understand and digestible are the key to the students’ success in every lesson.
