2007年8月美国次贷危机演变成为几十年一遇的世界性大危机,是在人类社会进入了经济全球化时代,尤其是进入现代全球金融市场一体化阶段以后爆发的。在全球化时代,世界性危机与全球化之间的联系越来越紧密,与全球治理改革之间的联系越来越紧密,与经济发展为中心而不仅仅以自由化和便利化为中心的全球化议题的联系越来越紧密。研究全球化与危机之间的关系,对我国更深层次参与经济全球化,完善全球治理结构和国际秩序,构建全球系统性风险的对冲机制,抵御和防范世界性危机的外部冲击,具有十分重要的意义。
In August 2007, the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States evolved into a once-or-more-major worldwide crisis in decades. This broke out after human society entered the era of economic globalization, especially the integration into the modern global financial market. In the era of globalization, the connection between the global crisis and globalization is getting closer and closer, and it is getting closer and closer to the reform of global governance. It is about economic development rather than just liberalization and facilitation. The issue of globalization is getting closer and closer. It is of great importance to study the relationship between globalization and crisis, to participate in a deeper level of our country in economic globalization, improve the global governance structure and international order, and establish a hedging mechanism of global systemic risk so as to resist and guard against the external crisis of a worldwide crisis significance.
