在“一带一路”国际合作的大背景下,中德职业教育进一步深化合作。德国职业教育的成功之处就在于采用行动导向的教学模式。我国职业教育工作最大的制度设计和创新主要体现在全国职业院校技能大赛上,其中汽车的维修基本技能项目是培养、选拔汽车技能型人才的重要平台,也是对职业教育近些年来深化改革、加快发展的检验。将技能大赛与行动导向教学有效融合,从而探究出进一步促进学校教学创新的新模式。
