目的应用基因检测技术，指导临床上氯吡格雷的合理使用。方法通过检测患者体内CYP2C19基因的多态性，调整氯吡格雷的用药剂量。结果我院经过近一年的探索，在氯吡格雷的合理用药方面取得了一定成效。结论我院CYP2C19基因的多态性分布与文献报道基本一致，可用于指导氯吡格雷的临床使用。“,” Objective Use the technology of gene test to guide the rational use on clopidogrel. Methods Check the polymorphism of CYP2C19 gene to adjust the dosage of clopidogrel. Results After nearly a year of exploration, certain achievements have been made in the rational use of clopidogrel. Conclusions The distribution of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism in our hospital is in general agreement with the literature values, the technology of gene test can be used to the rational use on clopidogrel.
