为了提高高速公路收费站的通行能力,减少车辆在收费站的启停次数和排队时间,降低油耗和污染,实现节能减排的目的;通过实地调查分析收费过程和影响因素,优化了收费站的纵断面设计,采用流水作业的方式进行收费,从而提高收费站的效率。确定纵坡坡度、坡长、服务器间隔等设置的要求,并建立收费站车辆的油耗、时间模型,得出排队长度越长,降低延误和油耗的效果越明显的结论。研究表明:当排队长度为50辆小客车时,车辆通过收费站的总延误可降低58.4%,总排污量可降低74%。流水作业收费模式高效、节能环保,该模式为高速公路自动收费系统的研究提供了新的思路。
