一、幼儿园保育工作管理的现状目前,幼儿园的管理工作存在着两种值得注意的问题。第一,重教育管理而轻保育管理。在幼儿园管理中,一般总认为教育比保育重要,认为幼儿的智力开发就是靠教育,因而出现片面追求教育管理,忽视保育管理的倾向。而教育指标的量化和可测试性,也强化了这种倾向。在现行幼儿园管理中,园长和保教人员往往比较注重了解,研究幼儿在教育上的种种需求,而对幼儿保育方面的需求则关注不够。其结果,幼儿
