目的 评价等中心多野放射治疗CT定位技术在恶性肿瘤放疗中的价值。方法 分析以CT定位进行多野放射治疗的各部位恶性肿瘤163例,并分别于治疗后6个月至1年进行CT或MRI随访观察,对疗效进行评价。结果 本组病例取得了良好的治疗效果,总有效率达98.4％,其中显效57.3％,有效41.9％,无效仅1.4％;直径3-5cm的病灶疗效最佳。结论 多野放射治疗CT定位技术对提高恶性肿瘤患者的放疗效果有重要价值。直径3-5cm的肿瘤效果更佳。
Objective To evaluate the value of multi-field CT localization of isocenter radiotherapy in radiotherapy of malignant tumors. Methods A total of 163 malignant tumors were examined by CT localization for multi-field radiotherapy. CT and MRI follow-ups were performed 6 months to 1 year after treatment. The efficacy was evaluated. The results of this group of patients achieved a good therapeutic effect, the total effective rate of 98.4%, which markedly effective 57.3%, effective 41.9%, invalid only 1.4%; diameter of 3-5cm lesions best. Conclusion The multi-field radiotherapy CT positioning technique is of great value in improving the radiotherapy effect of patients with malignant tumors. Tumors with a diameter of 3-5 cm are more effective.
