变态反应性亚败血症,系一种临床综合症,原因未明。国外用此命名报导较多,国内到1976年有14例报导,均为12岁以下儿童。国外报导也大多为2—10岁之儿童,成人也有发病者。其主要临床表现为长期发热,一过性皮疹、关节症状、淋巴结肿大、白细胞计数增高以及核左移现象等。近几年来已为较多的临床工作者所重视。1973—1976年间我科在收治12789人次内科病人中发现两例,兹报告如下:
Alzheimer’s disease, a clinical syndrome, the reason is unknown. Foreign use of this naming is more reported in China in 1976, 14 cases were reported, all children under 12 years of age. Foreign reports are mostly children aged 2-10 years, adults also have the disease. The main clinical manifestations of long-term fever, transient rash, joint symptoms, lymph nodes, increased white blood cell count and the left shift phenomenon. In recent years, more clinicians have been valued. Between 1973 and 1976, two cases were found in 12789 medical patients in our department. We hereby report the following:
