【背景】我班的小Z同学在大多数人眼里是一个很特别的孩子,上英语课的时候要么睡觉,要么插嘴,课堂秩序时常被其破坏,作为班主任,我经常被其搅得焦头烂额。对于这种“问题学生”使用表扬、鼓励还是批评惩罚,哪种手段更加有效,让我很是头疼。【案例】从小Z入学开始,我便开始对其进行观察,发现半个学期下来,小Z在语文课上的表现有了较大的进步,课上认真听讲,积极发言,成绩也有很大的提高,而在我的英语课上,小Z还是老样子。原因何
