本文介绍了铜街子水电工程设计优化的主要情况。着重论述了坝基具有缓倾角软弱夹层合理的计算及坝基处理方法;强调正确选用坝基力学参数;提出用强度储备系数的等安全因数法衡量大坝稳定安全度较合理,计算中应针对坝基软弱夹层的性状采取合理的计算方法;采用高压旋喷水泥灌浆的新工艺,可以大量置换夹层中软弱颗粒,从而改善坝基条件。就铜街子水电工程而言,放弃了坝基深挖齿槽方案,取得了较大技术、经济效益。
This article describes the main aspects of the design optimization of Tongjiezi hydropower project. This paper focuses on the reasonable calculation of the weak intercalation of the dam foundation and the treatment of the dam foundation, emphasizes the correct selection of the dam foundation mechanics parameters, and proposes that the safety factor of the dam with the strength reserve coefficient is more reasonable when it is calculated. To take a reasonable calculation method; using new technology of high-pressure jet grouting cement grouting can replace a large number of weak particles in the interlayer, thereby improving the conditions of the dam foundation. As far as the Tongji Sub Hydropower Project is concerned, the project of dug deep excavation of the dam foundation was abandoned and great technical and economic benefits have been achieved.
