白血病和再生障碍性贫血的本质与发病机制迄今尚不明瞭,这两个病之间的关系如何,学者们意见颇不一致。Garriga等以为白血病与再生障碍性贫血发生在同一家族中可能是某种遗传因素的影响,他提及Adams报告叔姪,Heaton等报告两姊妹均先后患惫性白血病与再生障碍性贫血。Cowdell报告弟兄二人具有Faneoni氏综合征类型的先天畸形,一例死于再生障碍性贫血,另一例死于急性白血病。我院于1963年及1957年观察到堂姊妹二人分别患急性白血病与再生障碍性贫血。堂姊的父亲于13年前曾确诊为急性白血病而死亡。
The nature and pathogenesis of leukemia and aplastic anemia have not yet been clarified, and the relationship between these two diseases is not clear enough. Garriga et al. (1999) thought that leukemia and aplastic anemia could be the result of some genetic factors in the same family. He mentioned Adams’ report that he and his colleagues reported that both sisters had consecutive leukemia and aplastic anemia. Cowdell reported that the two brothers had a congenital malformation of the Faneoni’s syndrome type, one died of aplastic anemia and the other died of acute leukemia. Our hospital in 1963 and 1957 observed cousins and two were suffering from acute leukemia and aplastic anemia. His dad died of acute leukemia 13 years ago.
