系统研究了传输管长度,进样体积、曝光时间、ICP工作参数、酸效应和基休效应等因素对FIA-ICP-AES法灵敏度的影响;对该联用技术中的分散度作了近似计算;对FIA-ICP-AES与CPN-ICP-AES的功能进行了比较。较成功地将该技术用于高纯Y_2O_3中14个痕量稀土元素的测定。当溶液中Y_2O_3基体浓度为40mg/ml,进样体积为1ml时,各稀土元素的测定下限为0.25~12.5μg/g,相对标准偏差为1.0~2.9%。
The effects of tube length, injection volume, exposure time, ICP operating parameters, acid effect and basal effect on the sensitivity of FIA-ICP-AES were systematically studied. The dispersion of this technique was approximated The functions of FIA-ICP-AES and CPN-ICP-AES were compared. The technique was successfully applied to the determination of 14 trace rare earth elements in high purity Y_2O_3. When the concentration of Y_2O_3 in the solution was 40mg / ml and the injection volume was 1ml, the lower limit of determination of each rare earth element was 0.25 ~ 12.5μg / g with the relative standard deviation of 1.0 ~ 2.9%.
